“January can be a difficult month for many people, this week of the year particularly, is when people feel the impact of their Christmas spend. With the current cost of living crisis 2023 will I am sure will have a difficult start for many struggling families. The Financial Wellbeing project in Somerset aims to promote financial awareness in the community, so I have put together a checklist to prompt people to give themselves a financial heath check this January and with information on where to get help and support if they need it.
