Since its conception in 1978, Wedmore Theatre has become a cornerstone of the local community. Twice a year this talented ensemble produce a diverse range of performances, from classic plays and pantomimes to contemporary dramas and original works.
We are a welcoming and inclusive volunteer-driven group, drawing on the skills of our experienced members to nurture new talent both on and off the stage.
Whatever your age or experience, there are a number of ways to get involved. Whether you fancy treading the boards or hate the limelight, we are sure to have a role for you. It takes a big team to pull a show together, from sound and lighting technicians to stage managers, costuming and set construction – it’s all up for grabs and collaborating on each production is always a lot of fun!
If you would like more information or want to get involved in future productions please email productions@wedmoretheatre.com
